Dear Angel,
I am going through a similar situation as you did, I find it very hard to cope and was wondering if you could share with me anything that helped you carry on.

Dear Desperate In PA,
As bad as it may sound the hurt nevers goes away. When I find it hard to sleep at night, I play relaxation sounds, such as the ocean, birds, rain and etc.  When I find it hard to focus during the day, I keep myself busy with work, school or something I really enjoy doing. When I get very angry about this whole adoption ordeal, I go to gym and work all that tension and frustration out on the weights. Last but not least when all else fails, I lose myself in a book, reading leaves no time for thinking. You have to "trick" your mind, occupy your thoughts if you will. I do not know the extent of your situation but I must stress how important it is to obtain counsel.
